Explore the activities and book details

Swim from sunny coral reefs to the icy north and meet a new ocean friend for every letter from A to Z: a blue whale, a playful dolphin, a narwhal with a tooth for a tusk, a seahorse dad who carries his babies, and many more.

Each letter has two pages that work together:

- **Picture page:** color a big, friendly ocean animal, trace the letter, and read a short, true ocean fact together.
- **My Turn! page:** draw something else that starts with the letter, then practice writing it.

Memory Trail games make learning stick. Every five letters, children “climb the Memory Tree,” starting with simple remembering and going all the way up to inventing their own creatures. The activities are based on how children learn best: try to remember first, then peek to check. A grown-up reads the questions aloud, and children answer by drawing, pointing, circling, coloring, and talking.

Inside you’ll find:

- 26 ocean animals to color, A to Z
- Uppercase and lowercase letter tracing and writing
- 26 “My Turn!” drawing pages
- 5 Memory Trail stops with 6 kinds of thinking activities
- A note for grown-ups with simple tips for 15 minutes a day
- A “Memory Tree Champion” certificate to celebrate

**Book details:** 80 pages, large 8.5 × 11 inch pages, single-sided coloring pictures. Best used with crayons or colored pencils.

Perfect for ages 4 to 6, preschool and kindergarten, at home, in the classroom, or for homeschool.
